New Viewpoint Condos Now Selling in Midtown Atlanta - Model Homes Now Open!

The zac team had quite the showing at the grand opening of Viewpoint condos in Midtown last Thursday evening! Three of our agents, Dayke Robinson, Keidrick Cole, and Marlene Sanchez-Yonuk, as well as two staff members, Catherine Huston and Jenny Pittam, all made the event to view the new model homes. The Viewpoint opened up the amenity floor on the 11th story to guests where everyone could mingle around the pool, large garden patio, outdoor fireplace and living room, and outdoor kitchens with huge grills. The large indoor bar area was perfect for the party and afforded expansive views looking east from Midtown to Decatur and beyond.

The one bedroom, one bath unit showcased the Viewpoint's unique concrete walls, graciously large bathroom and walk-in closet, and balcony overlooking the amenity floor. There was even an office nook as you entered the unit that could be used as any sort of bonus private room.

The second unit, a two bedroom, two bath home, overlooked the pool and, as a corner unit, let in plenty of light from the setting sun through the floor-to-celing windows. Both the master and guest baths were luxurious and the master had a walk-in closet. This condo embraced an open floor plan with a dining room, living room, and kitchen open for entertaining.

As the sun began to set, the lights of downtown Atlanta and Midtown came to life and you could look up Peachtree Street to the Fox Theater and the bars and restaurants within walking distance. Of course, the open bar along with the fabulous 80's cover band The Breakfast Club led to a slightly rambunctious crowd and by the end of the evening, there were several folks taking plunges into the new pool!
