Need Marta Directions? Take bus 21 from Five Points to Chester Ave. Trees Atlanta is one block North of Memorial Drive.

Do you live in a BeltLine neighborhood?

Are you interested in learning more about the kind of development proposed around the BeltLine?

Please join us as the Livable Communities Coalition leads a discussion of the challenges, myths, misunderstandings and tradeoffs surrounding higher density development.

The goals of the discussion, convened in partnership with Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., include:
• Explore the tradeoffs and relationships between density and transit.
• Help demystify density by addressing important terms needed to understand different levels of dense development, including illustrations that help make density easy to picture.
• Equip attendees to better participate in future discussions about planning for the BeltLine neighborhoods.
