Good news, neighbors! Spherion staffing agency is reporting that employee's confidence in their jobs and the economy is on the rise, up 3.2 points to 49.9 in August--that's the highest it's been since December 2007. Hopefully this will manifest itself in on-the-fence consumers making the decision to buy or sell real estate and get things moving.
