How many leads did your broker give you last month?

I'm going to be very frank with you. There are a lot of big box names. There are some small boutique shops, too. However, they all have one thing in common. You are not given any warm leads to work. Sure they will tell you how they'll train you. Then they will send you out to cold call expired listings and FSBO's and/or pester every friend and relative you have begging them for business.

We're offering something different. We'll not only provide you with the training you need but we'll provide you with a constant supply of fresh new, warm leads of people looking to buy real estate. All you have to do is follow up with them, establish a relationship with them and then sell them a house.
