Georgia Ranks 8th in Forbes’ Top 10 States for Business
Forbes released the list for its Annual "Best State for Business" and the Peach State once again proves that it is a competitive state in terms of economics. The rankings were based on six vital categories: costs, labor supply, regulatory environment, current economic climate, growth prospects, and quality of life. Georgia climbed three spots and ranked No.8 and gained the ranking with a gross state product of $419 billion and five year annual gross state product of -0.2%.
On the same list, Georgia ranked 6th in labor supply, 2nd in regulatory environment category, and 11th on the category of growth prospects.
Georgia has been very successful in creating an environment where businesses can invest, develop, and create jobs, and Georgia is still continuously seeking for innovative solutions to stay on top of its game.
