Revised BeltLine Study Group Meeting Schedule: Masterplanning for our area (Subarea 6)!
What is Subarea 6? Subarea 6 defined: BeltLine area, roughly, between Ponce De Leon Blvd, on the south, and & Armour yard/I-85 on the north; It is also sometimes referred to as the Monroe-Piedmont area. Subarea 6 includes BeltLine and adjacent development along the BeltLine right-of-way running through/impacting neighborhoods of Morningside, Virginia Highland, Midtown, Ansley Park and Piedmont Heights and includes the ROW running through or along Piedmont Piedmont Park, Amsterdam Walk, the Park expansion, Ansley Mall, etc.
Northeast Study Group Meeting (SA-6): Thursday, April 10, 2008, 6:30-8:30pm. Location: Hillside, 690 Courtenay Dr. NE, 30306: alternate access at 1301 Monroe Drive, opposite the CSO facility on Monroe. The Agenda: Focus on *SUBAREA 6* (our neighborhoods)Masterplanning: Review of Existing Conditions
Northeast Subarea 6 Steering Committee: Tuesday, May 13, 2008, 6:30pm. Location: Church of Our Savior, 1068 North Highland Avenue Atlanta, GA 30306. This meeting is open to the public. Our NE Study Group Coordinators were asked to notify everyone that this will be an intense working session with a busy agenda, so non-Committee members will not be invited to make comment. However, please attend this meeting if you have an interest in BeltLine planning in the northeast area. Your neighbors on the Steering Committee will be very interested in getting your feedback.
