Dear friends and colleagues,

Lawerence Yun, National Association of Realtors' Chief Economist, shared his 2012 predictions at the International Real Estate Conference in Miami. Yun predicts that the market will continue to "putter" along. Great demand will be placed on the market due to approximately 3 million new people added to the US yearly.  Also, he discussed multi-generational families will continue to share residence. I found a helpful survival guide that I want to share with multi-generational families. Read and pass along!

Sales are up in Georgia. According to the National Association of Realtors monthly estimates released on Monday...sales were up 33 percent in the state. Walter Molony, a NAR spokesman, said homes under $100,000 were selling briskly in metro Atlanta.
