Hello neighbors,

Are you in the process of selling your home or do you plan to put your home on the market this Spring? As you may already know, Spring time can be a little bear as we migrate towards summer. However, we've found a few tips for you to liven up your lawn and yard to catch the attention of potential buyers.

Sidewalks and Driveways

Because this may be the first part of the property consumers see. You can invest in concrete stain to spruce it up. Keep in mind your home's color scheme and if possible try to get a stain that compliments your home. For example, gray stain would compliment a blue home. Note: Stain cost: approximately $30 a gallon.

Accent Door

A brightly color door can be very appealing. In addition, one pint of paint can do the job!

Trimming Trees

Are your trees out of control, do they block part of the home? If so, you may need to consider trimming them down. Remember, you want all of your home's beauty to show. Don't let overgrown trees hide your home.

Add some beauty and color by planting plants or flowers after the last frost of the season. Some plants you may consider during this time of year include: Pansies, Calendula, and Violets.

Outdoor Lighting

This option is also good for improving your curb appearance. Consider low voltage (12 volts) or solar lighting.
