Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta Summer Camps!!
You can download the camp registration form or sign up online at the UUCA website. All camps are $100 and Monday - Friday 9am-1pm. Children are to bring a healthy lunch from home.
UUCA Camp schedule:
June 9th - June 13th Into the Woods: (Ages 2 to going into 1st grade) Classic fairy tales theme. Enjoy a Teddy Bears picnic and many art and creative activities for your child to play and discover. Each day includes activity centers, yoga, group time, lunch, and outside play.
June 16th- June 20th Earth Camp: (Ages 2 to going into 1st grade) Learn about Mother Earth. Explore nature through activities, feeding the birds, gardening, cooking, yoga, dyeing fabric with natural materials, singing, games and creating art with natural and recycled materials.
June 23rd-June 27th Peace Out Camp: (Ages 2 to 5) Tie-dye, tambourines, and flower power! Cooking, yoga, dyeing fabric, weaving, drumming, making bead jewelry and dancing to the beat of your own music.
June 23rd-June 27th Peace Out Camp Parent’s Morning Out: (Ages 1 & under) Children will have free play, do finger plays, read books, sing, learn basic sign language, dance and do yoga.
June 23rd-June 27th Culture Camp: (Kids going into 1st grade-6th grade) Discover the cultures of Costa Rica, South Africa and the People's Republic of China. Kids will explore these cultures through activities, games, yoga, art, music, dance and cooking. In addition to visiting the Culture of Peace, the children will explore three "peace cultures", cultures where people have made the impossible happen, or are on that path now.
