The AJC reports The Sembler Company will reveal its latest plans for their proposed mixed-use development at the corner of North Druid Hills and Briarcliff Roads by the end of July. With the loss of the school board property, the expected size of the project will be 60% of the original plan. Commissioners are still pushing for the Garvin "ring road" concept, so keep an eye out for what proposals might surface.
