The Atlanta BeltLine's Northeast Study Group will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 17th, 2008 at Hillside, which is located at 690 Courtenay Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30306. Please note that Hillside has an alternate entrance at 1301 Monroe Drive, Atlanta, GA 30306. There will be an interactive format for discussing and informing the draft plan for Subarea 6, including land use transportation, greenspace, and trails. Everyone is invited to come out and join your neighbors and the BeltLine for this meeting - bring your neighbors and your voices!!

Each month, Atlanta's First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) releases a lengthy report on Atlanta real estate - the number of new listings, the current inventory of homes, the average days on market, the number of homes that have withdrawn or expired, etc. We at the zac team sort through this report to glean the most impactful and important numbers, which we then share with our sellers, potential clients, and local agents.
