Review Working with The Zac Team was a truly positive and gratifying experience. My wife and I meet Ken Kraften many years ago when we were thinking of selling our condo in Atlanta. When we finally made up our mind to sell I can’t say enough positive things to say about Ken and his creative approach to selling our condo. With an ever changing market in 2022-2023 Ken had the skill sets to think out of the box to envision what the buyers of today wanted. Ken continually checked the ever changing real estate market and reported back to us with suggestions to meet customer needs. Ken managed any and all repairs that were needed, even help procure new appliances. The marketing literature including updating photos was handled expeditiously. The communications was never an issue. In fact many times Ken communicate after hours to ensure deliverable meet on time. Kens skill sets and communication style was just what was needed for a smooth closing. I can not say enough about how smooth the fast the closing was thanks to Kens interaction with the closing team. Working with The Zac Team, particularly with Zoe, was an amazing experience! As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions about the process and Zoe was wonderful to us. In our first meeting at her office, we told her what we were looking for, our budget, and the locations that we were interested in, and she readily identified what were our must-haves on a house. She also answered ALL our questions very kindly and in an easy-to-understand way. Based on that first meeting, she created a personalized site for us that showed us listings that would be a good fit for us and that we could choose to go see in person. We toured at least 20 different condos/houses and Zoe was with us in each of them and was super straight-up in letting us know what she thought about them, which was extremely useful because she could notice things that we would have 100% overlooked. When the time to start submitting offers came, she made the process extremely smooth and she always advocated for us, trying to get us the best possible deal while having a strong competitive offer. Thanks to that, we were able to get our offer accepted on our dream condo! The closing process was also very smooth and she was there for us every step of the way. I just don't have enough words to describe how lucky we were to have such an experienced, honest, trustworthy, and kind person as Zoe as our agent. We will always be thankful to her and will undoubtedly use her in the future! We can't recommend her enough!

Jessica Emerson was fantastic as our seller’s agent. She ensured that the condo was put out at the earliest, met with us virtually to explain the steps. Because we were out of towners (our daughter lived in the condo while attending school), she ensured that all the paperwork was done electronically. She did nit delay at any point and the condo was sold in three days. Happy to recommend Zac Team and Jessica Emerson wholeheartedly.
